Porsche owners love to drive their Porsche cars.
What better way to do that than attend PCA sponsored events. Check out the calendars offered by the other Regions in Zone 7 of The Porsche Club of America to see if there are some Porsche events in their regions that you would like to participate in. If you want to travel to places outside of Zone 7, go right to The Porsche Club of America's detailed calendar for an extensive list of exciting PCA sponsored events. Let's have fun with our Porsche cars and other Porsche fanatics by attending PCA sponsored events.

| Thursday, December 10, 2009: Shasta Region Christmas party: arrangements made by Russ and Ruth Duclos
The Christmas Party was at CR Gibbs in Redding on Thursday, December 10th at 6:00 pm. in 2009 A lot of Christmas cheer was shared by Shasta Region members: great company, great food, and even a fun holiday game with Christmas gifts for all. Many thanks to Russ and Ruth for another great job! Thanks also to all those who donated creative gifts for our Christmas party game.
This was a great time to start the holiday season and enjoy the fellowship of other Porsche enthusiasts. We are all looking forward to our 2010 Shasta Region Porsche Club events.

| Shasta Region takes part in an annual Charity Event by sponsoring a booth at the Foster Children's Christmas Carnival
The Foster Children’s Christmas Carnival is held in December at the Redding Veteran’s Hall on
Yuba Street
. It starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs until about 1:00 p.m. It is Shasta Region’s annual charity function. We man a booth (Porsche Pool) which provides gifts to children while they have a little fun. There is a “car” theme to our booth, but the real theme is having fun with these kids. This was our 6th year of involvement with this organization. Porsche Club volunteers are encouraged to participate and by the looks of it, they have as much fun as the kids!
