Minutes of March 8, 2007 Meeting

Meeting opened at 7:10, there were 8 members present.  We welcomed new member, Von Boyenger.

II. Treasurer’s Report

Pam Dunlap says after the deposit of $300.00 for advertisement and the small region subsidy, we have $3,856.80. 

 

III Committee Reports

A.  Website:  Webmeister Phred Degner reported all is well with the website.  New meeting dates were identified and tour photos were added.  Phred will add overnight tour dates and up-coming events to the website.  

 

B.  Tours:  We discussed tours for 2007.  We agreed to run an overnight tour to Reno, May 19 and 20.  Dale and Gail Gleichweit were researching hotel information and will provide additional information as they get it.  We also discussed an additional tour to Trinidad in July.

 

IV Old Business

Shirt Logo information was tabled pending the report from Russ Duclos.

 

V.  New Business

A.  Miracle Ear, Northwinds advertiser has a change of address

B.  Joe Wong asked that a reminder of Porsche racing at Thunderhill this weekend be announced.

C.  Some members may attend Parade, but haven’t signed up for it.

D.  Newsletter of the Year submissions will be made upon receipt of additional copies of the September and November, 2006 editions.
