West Redding, Shasta Dam, lunch at Logans. Six adventuresome Porsche drivers and passengers went 'driving in the rain'. Greg Brown won the Poker Run and received the prize of a $50 gift certificate for restaurant of choice. |

Wildflower Tour |
East of Redding Loop around Whitmore, even saw some Spring Wildflowers: 8 Porsches and a guest Mustang enjoyed a sunnny day! A toast to Ralph and Victoria Dacy celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. Lunch stop Cedar Creek Inn in Palo Cedro. The Poker Run winning hand was 4 fives by Phred Degner who choose 'Avacado's' for his $50 gift certificate restaurant! |

Meet Members south of Redding for the Rolling Hills Loop |
Our May tour went to the south valley and Chico to meet with Shasta Region members there and then headed west to Orland, over to Black Butte Lake and then up to Corning to Rolling Hills Casino for lunch. Dave and Sharon Nani won the Low Hand poker run. |

Great June tour led by Jack Ochs up to Bunny Hill Flats on Mt Shasta. Ending with a nice lunch in Mt Shasta at Wayside Restaurant. |

| July 11-12 |
Medford - Jacksonville |
Our July Tour will take us to Medford Oregon. We’ll stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Central Point. The room rates are $89.00 for one king bed. Make your own reservation at 800-345-8082 and be sure to get the Porsche Club rate. On Sunday morning, we’ll head to Grants Pass (27 miles to the north) in time to make a 9:15 depart up the Rogue River on a jet boat tour. We’ll have a champagne brunch breakfast, and then make the trip back to our waiting Porsches. Cost for the jet boat tour is $52.00 per person, which includes the meal. I have made reservations for 20 on the boat. So far, we’ve heard from 20 people who will take the jet boat tour. You’ll need to pay for your tickets when we get to the boat. For those not wanting to go on the boat trip, possible wine country tours are being considered. Also, consideration was given to a 3rd day in the Medford/Grants Pass area. Contact Bob Dunlap right away to confirm joining this tour . |

Yosemite |
*Room reservations must be made by August 13th to get the Porsche Group Rates!
The September tour will take us on a 3-day excursion to Yosemite. Day one will be Sunday the 13th. We’ll head to Truckee and stay at the Best Western Tahoe-Truckee Inn. Room rates are $99., for Porsche Group Day two (Monday) will takes us to North Shore, via hiway 395 and then 120 into Yosemite on Tioga Pass. We’ll stay at the Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite. Room rates are $179 for Porsche Group. (Some members are staying an extra day in Yosemite.) Day three will take us through the west entrance to the park to El Portal. We’ll have a fabulous view of the park and valley. We’ll then head to either Merced and I-5 north or Hwy 99 north to Stockton with a connection to I-5. Please let President Bob Dunlap know for more information and he’ll pass on names and numbers to Tourmeister Jerry. |
